The Music Factory UK Limited
has been removed as the Kenny G Saxophone distributor in the UK
for failing to pay their account.

They have not paid their account or made any attempt to pay their account due as of
December 19,2009

Rob the owner of the Music Factory UK Limited
refuse to pay for the instruments they purchased and sold to the people of the UK
and they have advertised the products incorrectly on the website.

All products sent to the Music Factory UK Limited were the
NEW Model "E-Series-II" and the "G-Sereis-II" these are not the instruments that were given to Mr. Smith by Kenny on the show Brit's Got Talent TV Show.
They are the NEW improved models and are copies of the soprano that Kenny plays.


The Music Factory advertised the prices much higher than the Retail Price of the instruments. The KGSSL Dark Gold Lacquer Soprano Retails for $1,695.00 USD and they were advertising it for $1350.00 pounds. That equals $2,146.50 USD. $795.00 over the Retail.

The altos & tenors they received are among the best saxophones in the world. Our man Rob called me to tell me personally they played out of the box better than any saxophones he has received.

Music Factory UK Limited has never received any of the original "E-Series" or original "G-Series" saxophones. They are currently advertising the new "E-Series-II" saxophones with the old original "E-Series" model numbers and they are again not the instruments sent to the store.

So keep in mind when you do business with the Music Factory UK Limited.
