*The warranty for the above listed products starts the day the product is delivered to the client when purchased from www.kennygsaxophones.com.
There is no need to fill out any warranty card.
This warranty is valid only for new instruments manufactured under the Kenny G Brand name and to the original purchaser of the instrument.
*The warranty is for one year from the date of purchase and covers any and all manufacturing defects except lacquer and/or plating.
*All instrument and product defects will be determined if it is a factory defect by KG Saxophones, LLC or one of their authorized representatives.
